Hearts with Hope Foundation accepts referrals for girls ages 7 to 17 in the General Residential Operation and girls age 14 to 23 in the Transitional Living Program. The acceptance of an applicant is based on an assessment by the multi-disciplinary team. Placement decisions are made following an assessment of the child's psychological evaluation, social history, medical history, and any other relevant information. We typically serve those whose behavior or emotional problems require a highly structured environment with close supervision and limit setting and a great amount of consistency in disciplinary strategies.
